Doug is a licensed LCSW-R and the founder of Pivio Counseling. With over a decade in the field, he now focuses on supervising growing therapists and ensuring high-quality care across the practice. His approach is direct and goal-oriented, drawing from acceptance-based methods and the Gottman Method. Doug still sees a few couples who want to rebuild trust or reconnect. Outside of work, he’s a parent, woodworker, aspiring powerlifter, and plays with his 3 crazy dogs.
