We are in-network with:

• CDPHP (Commercial and Medicaid/Child Health Plus Plans)

• Highmark Northeastern NY (Formerly Blueshield NENY) (Allows us to bill multiple BCBS plans outside of the Capital Region)

For out-of-network plans, we can provide you with a “superbill” for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

We do not accept insurance for couples counseling

Private Pay

53-57 minute individual psychotherapy — $140

53-57 minute couples counseling — $180

We do not offer a sliding scale. Sorry!

Late-cancellation/No-show

No-show — Full session rate

Cancellation less than 24 hours notice — Full session rate

Cancellation 24 hours notice or more — No Charge

Ancillary Services

If you request professional services that fall within the scope of clinical social work or mental health counseling, but are not reimbursable by insurance, we might be able to provide those. Examples include but are not limited to writing a summary letter of treatment for a third party, or having a 15 minute phone call with a parent of a minor client.

Billed in increments of 15 minutes at — $40 per 15 minutes
